By Racquel Porter Two men, accused of withdrawing more than $30 million from the bank account of murder-accused Everton “Beachy Stout” McDonald, have been offered bail. Demar James and Romane Bryce are charged with engaging in a transaction that involves criminal property, possession of criminal property, simple larceny and conspiracy to defraud. Mr. Bryce was offered $900,000 bail following an application by his attorney, Kimberli Whittaker. Mr. James was offered bail in the same amount following a similar application by his attorney, Kemar Robinson, when they appeared in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court. It’s reported that between July 9, 2021 and June 8, 2022, cheques totalling US$213,300 were reportedly made payable to Mr. James and Mr. Bryce, and the cheques cashed.
