Cayman Records Another 437 COVID-19 Cases

An additional 437 COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Cayman Islands.     The Public Health department said 418 cases are from community spread and 19 from travellers.   It said the cases were confirmed from 3,693 PCR tests conducted on Monday.    Addressing the delays in reporting, Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Lee apologised, saying this was due to the sheer number of results and the need to collate them and prevent duplication.    There are now eight COVID-19 patients in hospital, with one of them requiring supplemental oxygen.
